Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

1. Overview

The Outreach Sequencer Chrome Extension is a companion tool for the Outreach Sequencer web application. It helps you capture LinkedIn profile information, manage connections, and run outreach campaigns. This policy supplements our main Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

The extension collects publicly visible LinkedIn profile information from pages you visit, including name, headline, job title, company, location, and work experience. It also checks the status of your pending connection invitations and connections list to track campaign progress.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Save contacts to your Outreach Sequencer account.
• Send connection requests on your behalf for contacts you enroll in campaigns.
• Track connection acceptance to advance campaign steps automatically.
• Extract structured contact fields using an AI provider (OpenAI / Anthropic). No data is retained by these providers beyond the request.

The extension only acts on contacts you have explicitly enrolled in a campaign. It never sends messages, InMails, or performs actions outside your configured campaign steps.

4. Data Handling

• User data is not sold to third parties, outside of the approved use cases.
• User data is not used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.
• User data is not used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Contact data is stored in your Outreach Sequencer account (hosted on Neon Postgres, United States). The extension itself only stores your app URL setting locally. Raw profile text is not permanently stored — only extracted structured fields are retained.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual contacts at any time. If you delete your account, all data is removed within 30 days.

6. Your Control

• Uninstall the extension at any time.
• Delete contacts from the web application.
• Unenroll contacts from campaigns to stop automated actions.
• Delete your account — all data removed within 30 days.
• Request data export or deletion at hello@outreachsequencer.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the web application or email.
