Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Outreach Sequencer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outreach Sequencer is a SaaS platform that helps professionals manage personalized outreach campaigns. The Service includes a web application and an optional browser extension for capturing publicly visible LinkedIn profile data.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam and data protection laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. LinkedIn Automation Disclosure

The Service includes optional LinkedIn automation features (scheduled connection requests, profile visits, and messaging) via the Outreach Sequencer browser extension.

  • LinkedIn's Terms of Service prohibit automation. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban your account at its sole discretion if automation is detected.
  • You are solely responsible for your LinkedIn account and any consequences resulting from your use of automation features, including but not limited to account restrictions, bans, or loss of professional contacts.
  • Outreach Sequencer provides this tooling as-is and makes no warranty that its use will avoid detection by LinkedIn.
  • By signing up for the Service, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for any LinkedIn enforcement actions.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Outreach Sequencer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Sequencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
